Haircut success! A friend of one of my housemates is couchsurfing for a while, and she cut 4 inches off my hair. It's still ridiculously long, but much more manageable now.
Yay!

I'm taking it slow. Also, everyone in the house made threats when I told them my intention of making the Big Cut. So I'll probably do it once I'm up in Hanover :P
